Refund Policy

At Crystal Journey Design, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take care to ensure that your crystals arrive safely and in excellent condition. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the unique and fragile nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than items that are damaged during transit.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. Please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Your Order Immediately:
    • If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Provide Proof of Damage:
    • Email us at cdonovan8907@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and the original packaging.
  3. Resolution Process:
    • Once the damage is verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Items not damaged during transit are non-refundable.
  • Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued for a damaged item, we will cover the cost of reshipping the new item.
